When it comes to a 12-week workout program, there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. The best program will depend on your specific goals., health history and exercise history. I will send you a health history questionnaire, fitness history questionnaire, and we will discuss your individual goals. We will also discuss where you'll be working out and what equipment is available to you. Once I have the program designed I will ask you to review it, and ask me any questions or concerns you may have with the program!
No Fad Diets here!! This is a 12 week program to get your nutrition and behaviours dialed in. We will discuss goals, food choices, trade-offs, behaviors around food, macros, vitamins and nutrients.
This may seem like a lot right now, but as always I meet my clients where they are at. We make slow incremental changes to build sustainable results, and eventually get you to a point where you don't need me anymore ! (typically this takes about a year).
We will have a weekly check-in (zoom, google meetings, Facebook messenger video calls), your folder will have spots to input progress pictures and circumference measurements, as well as inputting your daily intake of macros and some biofeedback markers. I am currently using cronometer to track food intake, and you will be sent a link to the gold version after payment is received.
If you have never tracked or dieted before, that's okay! My approach been proven to work and create long lasting, sustainable change. regardless of your past.
I only ask that you are 100% honest with me. I don't know, what I don't know. So, the information you provide me with is all I have to go off of!
