About Me

My Name is Scott Inker. I am 39 years old, living in beautiful Chase, British Columbia. With my partner Kris, her 2 children Trinity and Xander and our 2 dogs Felix and Spoon (yes, my dogs name is Spoon).  I have been a fitness enthusiast since the age of 16, and was a personal trainer in my 20’s. I was born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario, where I played hockey and soccer throughout my childhood. In 2005, I moved to Alberta where I started working as a personal trainer in a large commercial gym. I stepped away from training for a while, to pursue a career in the Oil and Gas industry across Western Canada. In 2017 I moved to British Columbia, after O&G Slowed down, and got into concrete pumping and running mixer trucks. Over the years I acquired various Injuries, mostly on my left side. In 2018 I had a knee injury that required surgery on November 6, 2019. While recovering, covid hit. I ended up drinking more than I would like and not training. I gained an extra 35 lbs., that I was not happy with. In November 2022 I decided to get myself healthy again. I stopped drinking, started training regularly again, and eating a whole food diet. I cut 38 lbs and felt like myself again. This is when I decided I wanted to get back to coaching and helping others to feel as I did, through sustainable lifestyle changes. I have a genuine desire to see others succeed in not only Health and fitness but all aspects of life!
